Perfect for a cold day when you want that hot and homey chicken soup with a twist.
4-6 cups of chicken broth
1 package of mushrooms of your choice
5 tablespoons soy sauce
drizzle of sesame oil
3 packages of ramen
eggs
sesame seeds (optional)
scallions
jalapeños
Take your chicken soup add your mushrooms and soy sauce bring to a boil. Add any other veggies you would like.
Then, pour in your soy sauce and let that umami flavour sink in.
After that is fully cooked, assemble your bowl with some ramen. It takes four minutes to cook your ramen.
Make a soft boiled egg. Boil water and cook eggs for six minutes. Then drop in an ice bath and peel.
Add your ramen and toppings and don’t forget to drizzle sesame oil!!
