Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Drizzle

Ingredients

Roasted Cauliflower

  • oil, to taste

Tahini Drizzle

Directions

Prepare the Roasted Cauliflower

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place defrosted florets in pan, single layer, and spray lightly with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Bake 40 minutes uncovered.

Prepare the Tahini Drizzle

1.

Whisk together garlic and tahini.

2.

Add lemon juice and mix well (mixture will stiffen up). Add water to create a thick creamy texture. Stir in the parsley.

3.

Drizzle over florets.
