6–7 ounces (170–200 grams) baby kale, arugula, or your favorite greens mix
1 unpeeled red apple, cut into matchsticks
1 unpeeled green apple, cut into matchsticks
1 leek, thinly sliced (discard green parts)
1 fennel, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
roasted and salted sunflower seeds
handful of Haddar Sweet Potato Chips
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Haddar Maple Syrup
2 cloves garlic, minced, or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Gefen Mayonnaise
Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
To serve: Place the greens on a large tray with a lip. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over the top. Place a bowl of the dressing in the center so everyone can take as much as they like.
