Ingredients

Salmon Pasta

  • 2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon blended garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • pinch granulated black pepper

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 ounce (30 grams) fresh basil

  • 10 ounces (280 grams) cooked Gefen Angel Hair Pasta

  • 8 ounces (225 grams) grilled salmon

Directions

1.

Heat oil. Sauté garlic, then add spices, tomato, and basil. Toss with pasta.

2.

Place salmon on top and serve.
