A winner dinner. The salmon is easy, quick, and uses simple ingredients. The sweet potato side dish is majorly underrated. It’s so simple yet so delicious and flavorful. The green bean salad is fresh, crunchy, and really quick to put together.
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper
4 salmon fillets
2 small sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14 ounces fresh green beans
14 ounces Gefen Hearts of Palm
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Pour over salmon.
Bake covered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven and baste with sauce.
Slice sweet potatoes in half.
Pour oil and spices in the middle of a baking sheet. Dip each sweet potato slice in the mixture.
Poke holes in the tops of the sweet potatoes and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, adding time for larger potatoes.
Cut green beans in pieces. Slice hearts of palm. Dice the onion.
In a large bowl, mix vegetables together with mayonnaise, garlic, and sugar.
