Diets A unique combination of flavors that turns out a delicious quick-and-easy meal!
2 cans of Gefen Tuna, drained
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
1 and 1/2 tablespoons shawarma seasoning
1/2 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup crushed ritz-style crackers
salt
pepper
handful of Gefen Olives, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/2 lemon
water, to thin
1 teaspoon shawarma
sprinkle of zaatar
sprinkle of sesame seeds
Mix together all ingredients for patties. Refrigerate for about an hour (don’t worry if you don’t have time, but they will form and stay together much better if refrigerated).
Form into patties and shallow fry over medium-high heat. Flip when browned.
In the meantime, mix together all sauce ingredients. Serve alongside patties.
Serves: 7 patties
