Diets These granola bars are a fantastic gluten-free snack! Pick up gluten-free packages of oats and cereal, and you’re ready to go. Yields 25 bars
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey
2 and 1/2 cups oats (gluten free, if needed)
2 and 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal (gluten-free, if needed)
1/3 cup Gefen Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine oil, sugar, and honey. Mix in oats, cereal, and chocolate chips.
Press mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake 11 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars.

It’s a shame, they taste so good but just do not stick!
I’ve made these many times and I found when I put in less rice krispies, I was able to cut them into bars and they didn’t fall apart.
They did not stick together
Nope. Like Sara Gold’s, mine didn’t stick together either. I’m still on the lookout for that perfect homemade granola bar.
