The kids will love filling up their crepes with this delicious meat mix.
2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Walnut Oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Pepper
10 eggs
1/2 cup Gefen Potato Starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Spray a large skillet with oil.
In a bowl, combine crepe ingredients using an immersion blender.
Pour a thin layer of batter into pan and fry until mostly cooked through.
Flip, fry for 15 seconds, and remove. Repeat with remaining batter.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Using a fork, mash meat in the pan until it’s all crumbled. Add in remaining ingredients and fry until cooked through.
Lay crepes flat and open. Place some meat mixture in a line, centered, and roll up. Repeat and serve.
