3 ½ tbsp dry yeast
1 cup sugar
5 ½ cups warm water
1 cup oil
2 eggs. room temperature
10 cups white spelt flour
2 tbsp salt
1 bag Shibolim whole spelt blend flour
Mix the water, yeast, sugar. Activate well.
Then add: eggs, oil, 1 type of flour. Mix well till it forms a paste.
Then add salt and the rest of the flour.
Cover for a half hour, then mix for 1 minute. Set aside to rise.
Braid and smear right away with egg wash. 3 yolks & 1 whole egg.
Cover for an additional half hour to rise.
Put into a cold oven and turn on to 350*.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
