Start Cooking

Prepare the Strawberry Sorbet

  1. Mash strawberries.

  2. Beat strawberries and egg whites at low speed until frothy, approximately 10 minutes. 

  3. Increase speed to medium and beat until soft peaks form. 

  4. Gradually add remaining ingredients. Beat only until combined. 

  5. Freeze until ready to serve.
