Made from only clean ingredients and absolutely sugar free, these crackers are a great snacking option during the “bottomless” days of Pesach or any time of year. Keto friendly!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place almond flour in a bowl. Whisk together the egg and oil, then pour over flour. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
Place the dough on parchment paper the size of a nine- x 13-inch pan. Cover dough with a second sheet of parchment paper and roll out dough. Remove top paper and cut squares in the dough with a sharp knife. Top the crackers with salt (or everything seasoning, year-round).
Place the bottom parchment paper, with the dough on it, into a nine- x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes, then remove crackers from oven. Turn off the oven and allow to cool five minutes. Return the crackers to closed oven for 10 minutes to become crispy.
