Makes 2 bowls (double or triple for family smoothie bowl night)

Ingredients

Super Easy Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or oat milk

Topping Options

  • honey or date syrup

  • any nut butter or Nutella

  • hemp, sunflower, or chia seeds

  • crushed nuts (walnut, almonds, pecans, etc)

  • chocolate chips

  • shredded coconut

  • fresh berries

  • granola

Directions

Load up blender with frozen berries, banana, and milk. Top as desired!
