1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or oat milk
honey or date syrup
any nut butter or Nutella
hemp, sunflower, or chia seeds
crushed nuts (walnut, almonds, pecans, etc)
chocolate chips
shredded coconut
fresh berries
granola
Load up blender with frozen berries, banana, and milk. Top as desired!
