Diets If your family is obsessed with sushi, this recipe will be the showstopper of your Purim meal and will be devoured by all.
1 side of salmon
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
black pepper
1 and 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
2 cucumbers, julienned or shredded
2 carrots, julienned or shredded
2 avocados, cubed
1/2 cup black and white sesame seeds, such as Pereg
3/4 cup French onion crisps
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the salmon on a lined cookie sheet.
Mix the ingredients for the salmon in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the fish.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After baking, let the salmon cool for a few minutes.
With wet hands, evenly apply the cooked rice on top of the baked salmon.
Return the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once done, top with sesame seeds, sliced cucumbers, carrots, and avocado.
Sprinkle the French onion crisps over the vegetables and drizzle a generous amount of spicy mayo over the salmon.
