This salad is super divine! I’ve made it a couple of times at events including a Sheva Brachos and it was a hit.
3 frozen garlic
3 tbs honey
salt, pepper, parsley
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs water
2 sliced avocado
1/2 pkg Chinese Pecans, crushed
sweet potato
grape tomatoes
lettuce
To make sweet potato chips, peel slices with a peeler and fry until light brown/golden.
To layer the salad, put the lettuce first, then grape tomatoes (cut in half). Lay sliced avocado on top of the tomatoes, then pour the crushed pecans over.
Dress the salad and lastly add the sweet potato chips.
