Diets Create these simply adorable sweet potato tartlets easily by using store-bought tartlets. These addicting mini tarts have a sweet and buttery filling and are the perfect addition to a kiddush buffet, Thanksgiving dinner, Yom Tov or Shabbat meal.
2 pounds sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
16 ounces Gefen Crushed Pineapple
1/8 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 ounces margarine
1/4 pound margarine, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Fill 3″ tartlet foils.
Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle over tartlets. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
