Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup lightly salted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Honey or maple syrup

Directions

Prepare the Turkey Mango Thai Salad

1.

Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender.

2.

Toss the salad ingredients together and serve with dressing.
