  • 1 (20-ounce) can Gefen Crushed Pineapple

  • 1 (1.4-ounce) box diet vanilla pudding

  • 1 (16-ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Make the Smoothie

In a blender combine pineapple, vanilla pudding, yogurt, and ice cubes. Blend well.

Notes:

When I’m not in the mood to take out my blender, I just combine the yogurt and pudding in a bowl, mix it well and refrigerate it until the yogurt has solidified. Then I add the crushed pineapple and I have a delicious smoothie, without having a blender jar to clean.
