Fruit and yogurt smoothies are fast, healthy and refreshing and make a delicious breakfast or easy snack. This one combines strawberries, pineapple and yogurt into one creamy blend but you can mix and match with your favorite fruits and juices.
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
3 ice cubes, crushed
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
