Bare Bone Knife Skills You Need to Know

Naomi is back and this time she's joined by Sandy Leibowitz of PlantainsandChallah. Sandy is professionally trained and is going to walk Naomi — and us! — through some basic knife skills. She talks about how to stay safe and efficient in the kitchen!

Main ingredients
 1 pineapple
 2 red bell peppers
 1 European cucumber
 1–2 shallots (or 1 red onion)
 1 sprig mint (bigger leaves if possible)
 1 sprig cilantro
 juice of 1 lime
 juice of 1 lemon
 2–3 tablespoons Zeta Olive Oil
 1 teaspoon kosher salt
 1/2 teapoon fresh cracked Gefen Black Pepper
 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
 1 teaspoon granulated onion
