1 cup sugar
3 ounces (85 grams) fresh yeast (can sub with 3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Gefen Dry Yeast or other active dry yeast)
5 pounds (2.2 kilograms) Shibolim White Spelt Flour
4 tablespoons Manischewitz Kosher Salt
1 cup oil
