Hi, Charlene. I'm the Bubby in your story about Shayna. Do you remember the additional nissim that happened on that miracle-filled day last year? Your husband ""just happened" to have a pediatric ICU specialist on board, who decided to extend his flight to visit his parents in Fort Lauderdale while Jonathan refueled the plane. While in Fort Lauderdale, Eli Rowe called Jonathan about the emergency pickup in Orlando. But because Shayna was in such a fragile state, Eli said, " you have to find a pediatric ICU specialist to assist you on the flight. I have no idea where you're going to find one." Well, Hashem had it all worked out. The specialist was right there in Fort Lauderdale, waiting to escort little Shayna to Boston.
