Malka is making the gooey red pasta she grew up on. With just one pot and a few ingredients, it's the kind of recipe everyone in her family - even her younger sister - knows by heart.
Get the recipe:
One-Pot Cheesy Tomato Pasta
1 box pasta, such as Tuscanini
1 can Gefen Tomato Paste
4 tablespoons Lipton Parve Chicken Consomme
water
about 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (adjust according to preference)

she is so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I am confused about some of the ingredients that are listed for this recipe.
The kid in the video clearly did not use Lipton Chicken Consomme, it looks like Osem.
And she also did not use Gefen Tomato Paste, it looks like she did not use tomato paste at all! She has two cans of Members Mark tomato sauce on the counter.
Those kinds of ingredient switches, while they will still taste good, completely switch the flavor of the recipe.
Did you mean to just suggest those brands, like you did by the pasta, by writing “1 box pasta, such as Tuscanini”?
(It does not ‘give a good taste’ (fun pun) when it feels like facts were changed to fit a narrative, like advertising.)
Looks delicious! We love you Malka!
