Rooting for Mozelle to win
Why are people getting so mad about the judges giving critisisms. Like seriously its a competition. They have to give comments. You want them to just say amazing on each thing. They are trying to help them improve as cooks. I actually didnt think they were harsh at all
I liked this episode more than the previous one. Last episode i felt everything made was kind of basic was this episode they stepped up a bit more
mozelle is of Sephardic descent and Sephardic don’t eat dairy and fish together so not sure why the judges want her to add salmon to her cream cheese if it’s against halacha

the judges were the BEST they are really good at articulating their thoughts into words, so expressive. I would totally consult with them for advice on cooking.

But why does the criticism start before they even taste the dish? How about this dish looks beautiful. No need to point out every failure that may lie ahead. Either way, the series is over in real time so it’s not like things will be different in future episodes.

such fun entertainment. Thank you kosher.com!!!!!!!! its less enjoyable than last round because of all the criticism. regular people enjoy regular cooking. “competition level” wouldn’t be as fun and relative or us… i think each of them did AMAZING! food looked yum and pretty. please be positive… its much more fun to watch excited responses from judges and i also feel so bad for the contestants its so unsensitive… they OBVIOUSLY put there all into it… they want to win. they KNOW they’re not “cooking for their mother in law”

Hi Tzipora! We love the enthusiasm, and we can feel the excitement of all the people watching Food Fight 2.0 around the world! We spend many, many (MANY) hours editing each episode down so that it is perfect and entertaining for you all to watch and enjoy. That explains the time between each episode. Keep watching, we can’t wait for you to see what’s coming next! (Elimination round, and then the final round is done in one episode.)

Judges were very condenscending and didn’t take into account the amount of time given to shop for ingredients and gather a dish in “one perfect bite”. Too unrealistic expectations. Not cool.

yes, I agree that the free content is amazing and fun but what I don’t agree with is the way it was done this episode. The judges were not being realistic and the comments they made were ridiculous as well as hurtful. In addition, as a viewer I find it much more enjoyable to watch when its positive and when people praise and compliment each other.

I really think these shouldnt be once every 2 weeks – we totally lose the momentum when you have to wait so long between episodes.
Waiting can be tough, we get it! 😅
It takes a lot of time to get each episode just right, but it’ll be totally worth it!
compared to all thats out there today, this should not be considered the problematic one. there are way worse out there, if you feel its not appropriate for kids then don’t let your kids watch it

if you feel its not appropriate to have a cooking show during galus then dont watch it. there are any other ways to feel galus other then not having a Jewish cooking show
the reason why we are in galus is because of sinas chinam. and the comment you wrote is absolutely nasty. these people worked so hard. maybe instead of writing mean comments you should work on your ahavas Yisroel
Exactly we are in Galus and thats why its very good that they provide Kosher entertainment for people as opposed to all the Goyish stuff out there

Agree! The show was amazing but those comments… you could see the contestants shoulders drop.. they worked so hard
maybe there should be a bonus round of the JUDGES making a one bite dish and the CONTESTANTS being the judges so that the jusdges would see that its not that easy to make a “competition level” one bite as they think it is. besides for the negative feedback i LOVEEEEE PLS SHOW NEXT ONE!!

The judges were super unrealistic and harsh! They said they were underwhelmed this round, but that was after saying in the previous round that the contestants did too much. The contestants can’t read the judges minds. I would love to see if the judges would be able to handle a competition; I have a feeling they wouldn’t do very well. They have to realize that they are dealing with humans, not angels who are able to put every single flavor in the world into a one bite dish. Also, we don’t see deliberation, which really leads me to think that everything was pre-planned by the judges or directors. Please show the deliberation and stop trying to be so professional when you’re not. Otherwise, great episode and I’m looking forward to more!

These dishes were made up on the fly, so there aren’t written recipes, but you can always reach out to the contestants on instagram.

Yeah agree they were a bit too harsh like they kept saying we would have expected something more original but they themselves didn’t suggest any ideas when they were judging… all in all through out the whole episode I felt like a very negative vibe… but GREAT job everyone!! Good luck!

It’s totally not fair that the cheeses were unmarked in the refrigerator even though Mozelle won….
I thought Bassie actually made excellent, gourmet dishes in all of the previous rounds, seriously dont know whos going to win. All such different cooks. Also, i think the judges expected too much from them. They only had 25 minutes!!!

I think bassi is going home next episode because when Mozelle and suri talk in each episode they to explain their dish… they were wearing a different third outfit and we only see bassi in 1….
