Royal Icing Cookies

In honor of Purim, join the two sisters as they whip up some classic royal icing cookies which are easy to create and fun to decorate! Let’s get baking!

Sugar Cookie Dough
 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter or margarine
 1 cup granulated sugar
 1 large egg
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 2 cups all-purpose flour, such as Glicks 
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1/4 teaspoon salt
