What can i use if i dont have a cast iron skillet??????????????????????????????????????/

Hi Rochel,
It's best in a skillet but if not you can use a sturdy aluminum foil pan on a lower flame.

Esty says you can, but you may want to lower the flame right beneath the pan to the lowest setting, leaving the others on medium. Of course, it's always best straight from a skillet.
