A very easy and crowd-pleasing recipe for basic cheesy baked ziti. Kids love it, and this is always on my dinner rotation.

Very easy to make. I found it great as a quick recipe when there's no milk at hand (there are a lot of other zitti recipes that use milk and yogurt seems like a great alternative).
I used pizza sauce and cooked my zitti uncovered. Also, I used a vanilla yogurt. There was a tiny tinge of vanilla to the zitti so I think I'll go with a plain yogurt next time.
It was a bit messier than other zitti recipes, and the noodles just fell apart when pieces were sliced.
Would I make this again? Totally!
