Prepare the Brookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an eight-inch square baking pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine all brownie layer ingredients; pour into prepared pan.
In a second bowl, combine cookie layer ingredients; place on brownie layer. (It’s easiest if you flatten pieces of the dough with your hand and place them on the bottom layer.)
Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. When cooled, cut into squares.

This is actually really good! There is a mistake in the cookie part of the recipe. The egg at the end of the first column belongs in the cookie segment, at least that's what we did and it came out good. Also, next time I would one-and-a-half the cookie part of the recipe, I feel like it could have used more of it. Then I think it would become five stars.
