What is a Brookie, you may ask? It’s the perfect mix of a brownie and a cookie mixed together. For all those times when you can’t decide which of the two best desserts to make, you can now make both!

Brownie Layer
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Gefen Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Gefen Potato Starch
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract
Cookie Layer
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 and 1/2 cups ground almonds
1 cup Gefen Potato Starch
3/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
