Lag B’omer is coming up, and if your go-to way of celebrating is with s’mores, then have I got great news for you!
It requires no bonfire, no smoky smelling clothing, and makes 12 s’mores in one to three minutes flat!
Sounds pretty amazing, right?
Let me introduce you to sheet pan s’mores! The easy weeknight dinner method used for a delicious Lag B’omer dessert!

All you need is a sheet pan and all the fixings for a great s’more, and you’re well on your way.
To make these even more fun, I added toppings. I used candied oranges, chocolate sprinkles, and fresh strawberries, but feel free to add your favorites.

Ingredients:
24 graham crackers
12 chocolate squares (I used Elite chocolate)
12 marshmallows
Directions:
Place your oven rack on the lowest shelf in your oven. Preheat broiler to high heat.
While the broiler is preheating, place 12 of the graham crackers on a sheet pan. Top each with chocolate and then place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Broil for one to three minutes (timing will depend on your oven). Watch your s’mores VERY carefully. They will burn quickly.
Remove from oven, top with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
Enjoy!
