S’mores Fondue Is the Only Dessert You Need This Lag BaOmer

It’s a creative spin on the classic bonfire treat, perfect for sharing and fun for kids and adults alike. Whether you’re gathered around a firepit, hosting a picnic, or celebrating indoors, this dessert adds warmth and flavor to the festivities.

Ingredients

-1 bag Gefen Chocolate Chips

-1 tablespoon vegetable oil

-1 10 ounce bag Manischewitz mini marshmallows

-2-3 tablespoons water

Dippers:

-Graham cracker crumbs

-Strawberries

-Bananas

-Pineapple

-Kiwi

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan set over a double boiler, stir together the chocolate chips and oil until fully melted and smooth. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a separate small saucepan (also over the double boiler), combine the marshmallows and water. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow fluff into two separate serving bowls.
  4. Thread the fruit onto skewers.
  5. Spread the graham cracker crumbs out on a plate for easy dipping.
  6. Place the graham cracker crumbs onto a plate (for easier dipping)
  7. Dip each skewer of fruit into the chocolate, then the marshmallow fluff, and finish with a dip into the graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!

Flavor Variations

-Use white chocolate or dark chocolate for a twist.

-Add a splash of orange liqueur or espresso for an adult version.
