Along the same lines as the The Prettiest Pomegranate Garnish for Rosh Hashanah, I wanted to share another special idea that takes very little effort and ingredients but gives you that instant wow factor.
These little date flowers are so pretty on their own, arranged on a large flat platter, but they’re also an easy way to dress up a cake, tart, or fruit platter. They’re simple, festive, and make a beautiful addition to your Rosh Hashanah table.

With Bealeaves dates, I know I’m getting those plump, juicy dates that are a must for Rosh Hashanah. They’re made from 100% natural fruit with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial ingredients, and come in two varieties: Jumbo Pitted and Jumbo Whole.
Disclaimer:Â Dates should be checked for insects according to the guidelines of your LOR.

How to make date flowers
What you'll need:
-Beleaves dates
-Melted chocoalte
-Pomegranate arils
Instructions:

1-Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the date into eight sections, leaving the bottom slightly attached so the pieces stay together.

2-Spread the eight sections, or petals, outward to create a flower shape.

3-Spoon a little melted chocolate into the center of the flower.

4- Place a few pomegranate arils into the melted chocolate.
5-Cool the date flowers in the fridge for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to firm up.
