Mornings are hard. Evenings can be hard too. Kids want to play, have fun, and spend time with you, and somehow everything seems more interesting than getting dressed, brushing their teeth, or getting into bed.

That’s where routine charts can make a big difference.

I've found with my kids, that they thrive on predictability. When they know what comes next, they feel more secure.

And let’s be honest: kids love checking things off!

Print out these morning and bedtime charts, laminate them, and give your child a dry-erase marker to check off each task as they go. You can also use Velcro adhesives allowing them to place a checkbox next to each completed step.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s to make routines feel more manageable, predictable, and even a little fun.

Whether you're getting ready to head back to school or simply trying to make your everyday routine run a little more smoothly, we hope these charts help take some of the stress out of your mornings and evenings.
