Recipe brought to you by Raquel Malul, Kosher.com Staff.
Welcome to our new weekly lifestyle column, No Measuring Allowed. Every week we’ll be sharing a fun and easy Shabbat dessert that doesn’t require any measuring or special equipment, and calls for less than 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!
These Frozen Peanut Butter Date Bites hardly last a Shabbat at Raquel's house. They are three ingredients, no-bake, and take almost no time to prepare. The secret that takes them to the next level is keeping them in the freezer. The dates have the consistency of caramel that makes them chewy and addictive. Enjoy!

All you need are dates, any nut butter (here Raquel used a combination of creamy and crunchy peanut butter), and an optional drizzle of chocolate.

Slice open the dates and remove the pits, check them, and fill with about a tablespoon of your peanut butter. Drizzle melted chocolate over (or don't – they are honestly just as good without it).

Keep them in the freezer, in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers. They taste amazing right out of the freezer.
