The recipes don’t require any measuring or special equipment, and call for about 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!

Peanut Butter Clusters

Ingredients:

Half of a regular size container natural peanut butter (about 3/4 cups)
2 spoonfuls unsalted butter (or margarine)
Equal parts rice crispies to peanut butter (about 3/4-1 cups)
Handful shredded coconut or quick cooking oats
Large handful sliced almonds

Directions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave until butter is melted and stir until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Scoop into balls and freeze.
