Peanut Butter Clusters

Tasty no-bake, low-sugar treats that you can make alongside your kids. They can help by adding the rice krispies, coconut, and almonds to the melted peanut butter.   Yield: 3 dozen

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Clusters

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut or quick cooking oats (gluten free, if needed)

  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Prepare the Peanut Butter Clusters

1.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave until butter is melted and stir until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and mix. Scoop into balls and freeze.

Are these supposed to be eaten frozen?
