Recipe brought to you by Michal Frischman, Kosher.com Staff
Welcome to our weekly lifestyle column, No Measuring Allowed. Every week we’ll be sharing a fun and easy Shabbat dessert that doesn’t require any measuring or special equipment, and calls for less than 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!

Ice Cream with Extras
Ingredients:
1 tub vanilla ice cream
1 bag frozen strawberries or other berry of choice
1 package granola of choice
Sugar
Directions:
1. Defrost strawberries completely in a small container and sprinkle with a little sugar. (I know we're not measuring, but if we WERE, a tablespoon at a time to taste). Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
2. Plate a scoop of ice cream, drizzle some strawberry sauce on top, top with granola.
