Welcome to our weekly lifestyle column, No Measuring Allowed. Every week we’ll be sharing a fun and easy Shabbat dessert that doesn’t require any measuring or special equipment, and calls for less than 6 ingredients! Perfect for busy moms and dads, or kids who love to help in the kitchen!
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:
1/2 bag of chocolate chips (about 3/4 cup; more or less according to taste)
3 spoonfuls oil
1 spoonful cocoa powder
1 large (425-milliliter) container Rich's Whip
Directions:
1) In a pot on a low flame, melt chocolate chips, oil, and cocoa. Let stand until it cools a bit but can still be poured.
2) Whip the Rich's Whip until stiff peaks form, and then a bit longer until it is firmer.
3) Pour the chocolate, oil, and cocoa mixture into the Rich Whip's and mix well until uniform in color.
4) Put into a round nine-inch pan, or individual bowls. Optionally, chocolate shavings can be added as a topping. Refrigerate. The chocolate mousse tastes best when eaten cold, right out of the refrigerator.
