Yussi Weisz is a chef, restaurateur, and long-time Kosher.com personality with over 25 years in kosher restaurant kitchens, having opened his first restaurant at just 23.

He cooks real food, avoids shortcuts, and believes everything tastes better with confidence, proper seasoning, and a little attitude.

When he’s not filming, he’s running his chef-driven Israeli restaurant, Agripas Street, in Lakewood — reminding everyone that kosher food should never be boring… and should always come with a sense of humor.
