Almond Milk in 1 Minute

  • 5 cups water

Directions

For the milk

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. This makes about six cups of almond milk. 

Notes:

Make sure the dates are soft so when blended they become creamy and a part of the milk instead of chunks! If you don’t have soft dates you can use silan (date honey) instead. Start with 2 tablespoons and add more to your liking of sweetness.

Freeze-ablity Is it possible to freeze this?

Milk gets piecey when frozen. Almond milk might react differently. I would freeze a small amount and see how it goes. It should last in the fridge for at least a week or two.
