1 sheet Gefen Puff Pastry, thawed
2 to 3 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 and 1/2 tablespoons flour
non-dairy milk
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
Roll out the puff pastry dough into a rough circle and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Arrange the apple slices in the center of the dough, leaving a border of about 2 inches around the edges.
Fold the edges of the dough over the apples, pleating as you go, to create a rustic border.
Drizzle with honey and brush the folded edges of the dough with milk.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the apples are tender.
Allow the galette to cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm or at room temperature.
Optional: Drizzle additional honey over the top before serving for an extra touch of sweetness.
