Apple Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients

Apple Rhubarb Filling

  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced

  • 1 bag frozen rhubarb

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup flour

Granola Crumb Topping

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Prepare the Crumble

Mix all topping ingredients together and set aside.

Once filling and topping are prepared, divide filling equally into 10 individual five- to six-ounce ramekins (about three ounces per ramekin) and sprinkle granola crumb topping evenly on each filled ramekin.

3.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes.

4.

Mix all filling ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside.

Variation:

Alternatively, you can use a nine-inch round cake pan, pour filling in the pan, top with crumble and bake for one hour.
