4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked in water until fork-tender
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup chopped parsley
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground Gefen Black Pepper
3 tablespoons Shibolim White Spelt Flour
2 eggs
Mash the cooked potatoes with a potato masher.
Add the green onions and parsley and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand for best results.
Wet your hands with water, form patties, and carefully place on a preheated skillet with a thin layer of oil.
After few minutes, when the bottom side is golden brown, flip and cook for another two to four minutes.
