Need a quick and easy dinner, but have NOTHING in your fridge? This super simple soup is super flavorful and filling, and you don’t need very many ingredients.
100 oz water + 1 cup water, divided
1 tsp sugar
4 TBSP soy sauce
6 TBSP cornstarch
5 eggs + 5 TBSP of water
shredded carrots (optional)
500 grams ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1 tsp mustard
1 cube of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
To create the broth, start to boil 100 ounces of water in a pot. Mix 1 cup of water with the sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the water and bring to a boil. If you have carrots, shred a carrot and add it to the broth.
While the water is boiling, mix together ingredients to create turkey balls. Form into balls and add to boiling water.
