Ingredients

Potato Salad

  • 5 pounds potatoes, boiled in peels

  • 16 ounces Haddar Cucumbers in Brine

  • 1 cup frozen green peas (optional)

  • 2 carrots, grated

  • 1 onion, minced

  • 6 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Prepare the Potato Salad

1.

Peel and cube potatoes.

2.

Add remaining ingredients, toss gently to coat.
