This is the meat I prepare every week for Shabbos. It’s no-fail, is cooked in the oven, and always gets rave reviews.
6 club steaks (approximately 3 pounds)
3 onions, sliced
2 to 4 shallots, sliced (optional)
2 cups Gefen Duck Sauce
2 cups Gefen BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place steak in a baking dish. Arrange sliced onions and shallots on top and pour sauces over it.
Cover tightly and cook for two to two and a half hours.
