I have made this beautiful and original-looking cake in a loaf pan, but feel free to use a Bundt pan or even a round spring-form pan. If you choose to make it in a round nine-inch pan, reduce baking time to one hour.
2 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup Gefen Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
4 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
2 heaping teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Glicks Flour
5 tablespoons Gefen Canola Oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix ingredients for crumb mixture in a bowl and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
In a mixer, beat eggs with sugar on high speed until light. Add flour mixture, oil, vanilla extract, orange juice, and water. Mix on low speed just until blended.
Remove half the batter (try to make sure it is really half) and quickly stir in the melted cooled chocolate.
Pour chocolate batter into the bottom of a greased pan. Smooth down batter and cover evenly with crumb mixture. Slowly pour white batter over crumb mixture. Bake for 70 minutes.

thanks isnt standard loaf pan 9 x 5 and would it fit in a standard bundt pan or a small 5 cup bundt pan
WHAT SIZE LOAF PAN AND IF YOU USE A BUNDT PAN HOW LONG DO YOU BAKE IT FOR
The loaf pan used here is standard size: 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches.
We haven’t tested this recipe with a bundt pan, so I’m not sure about bake time for that… you can also try to make it in a round nine-inch pan and bake the cake for one hour.
