We all love a warm dessert in the sukkah, but this one is next-level amazing.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cups Mishpacha Flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons Boondocks Bourbon (you can swap with vanilla extract or chocolate liquor)
handful of Gefen Mini Chocolate Chips
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Press into a round ovenproof skillet or dish.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18–20 minutes (16 if you want it super-gooey).
Serve with ice cream.

Hi does this freeze well raw?
What size skillet?
I assume baking time would be adjusted accordingly.
I used an 8inch skillet
Quick and simple – I would next time cook it slightly shorter as the edges hardened. (Kept in the oven for 18 minutes.)
