Bracha’s getting creative with kosher for Passover chocolate lentils and sprinkles—turns out, they make killer brownies!

3/4 cup Gefen Potato Starch
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
1 and 3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
3/4 cup Gefen Rainbow Chocolate Lentils (add more to your liking)
2 cups confectionary sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
2 tablespoons water (have more on hand!)
additional Gefen Chocolate Lentils

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or with an electric mixer. Add in your Gefen Rainbow chocolate lentils and mix till your batter is perfect!
Pour the batter into your pan and even it out batter.
Bake for thirty minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Now, prepare your icing. Place the sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Add the water, and, if necessary, continue adding more water a little at a time to get the right consistency that you like.
When the cake is baked and cooled, ice the top of the cake.
Top with caramel and additional chocolate lentils.
Cut, serve, and enjoy.
