Sometimes a dish is so simple and yet it’s pure genius. A fresh burst of citrus really brightens up this little forest.
12 ounces frozen Beleaves Broccoli Florets
12 ounces frozen Beleaves Cauliflower Florets
2 lemons, sliced
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried garlic flakes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a two-gallon zip-top bag, mix broccoli, cauliflower, lemons, crushed garlic, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and garlic flakes. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out in a single layer.
Roast for 30 minutes.
