If you’re looking for a new burger recipe this summer, this recipe is for you!
1 pound ground beef
1 cube Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
3 scallions, checked and diced
1 tablespoon Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
black pepper
BBQ sauce
4 big portobello mushrooms
Place the burger ingredients in a large bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean them well.
Stuff each mushroom with the burger filling.
Brush the mushrooms with BBQ sauce.
Grill on both sides for six to eight minutes.
